Loved the private beach and garden at the homestay. Couldn't resist trying their delicious breakfast and enjoying the terrace. Also, the car rental service was a lifesaver.
Who needs air conditioning or mosquito nets anyway? Sleeping in a sauna with mosquito bites adds some excitement to the experience.

Staying at Pelangi Homestay on Gili Gede gave us the authentic experience we were looking for. The bungalow had everything we needed, and the location right by the sea was perfect. We loved the delicious homemade Indonesian food served at the restaurant, and the friendly hosts made us feel like part of their family. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan kept us comfortable at night. we highly recommend Pelangi Homestay for a true island getaway experience.
